Mean Mom

Yes, my kids say that I'm mean. Because I won't let them have a pet. Not for now, at least. We tried the dog thing and it was a disaster. I have sworn off pets until I am done shedding my own hair, changing diapers, being barfed on and stepping on cheerios. After that, we'll talk. Until then, I tell my kids the only living thing allowed in our house besides their cute little bums are plants. I would be happy to get them their own plant. Yee-haw, you say.
