Valentine's Day Fun

To further my attempt to jazz up your Valentine's Day, I've come up with some fun little games that would be perfect to play with your kids (or the young at heart)!

Candy Heart One Finger Relay

Okay, so for this game you get in teams of two. Each team needs two jars, bowls, or cups. Put a jar at one end of the room and one at the other. Fill the jars on one side of the room with candy hearts. Working together, the teams each use one finger to pick up candy hearts and carry them across the room to the other jar. So, basically one person will be using one finger the other will be using their one finger and they will together try and pick up the hearts, keep their fingers pushed together to carry it. Does that make sense? The first team to fill up their jar wins!
"Throw a Smile" Game

Have everyone sit in a circle. Everyone needs to have on a somber face, no smiling! One person is "it" and gets to smile. They look at everyone and do a big, cheesy grin...trying to get the others in the circle to crack a smile. If you smile, you're out. They have about a minute to try (timer or just brain usage), they then need to throw their smile. They use their hand to wipe the smile off their face and they throw their smile to someone in the circle. That person then "catches" their smile and gets to be the smiley one, trying to get people out. The last person to survive by never smiling wins!

Heart Towers

Aren't those so stinkin' cute?? Bobby pins, by etsy's Pretty In Peace. Anyway, this game is rather self-explanatory. Each player gets and a big handful of conversation hearts. They have one minute to stack them to try and get the tallest tower to win. Simple, but fun.

What in Tarnation is on my Back??

I would happily have a Pink Floyd mural on my back. So, that has nothing to do with this game, but I was looking for a picture of a back. Okay, for this game, you make wordstrips with different Valentine's Day words. (Heart, Pink, Chocolate, Card, Candy, Red, Love, Roses, etc.) You tape one word on the back of each player and they have to try to guess what the word is by asking yes or no questions to the other players.

If you have any other fun ideas, feel free to share!
