Easter Egg RollSupplies:
- One hard boiled egg (maybe a few extra)
- One spoon for each team
How to play:
Divide children into teams. The goal is for the first person to roll the egg with the spoon to the end of the course and back. The person hands the spoon to the next person in line and the relay continues until a team finishes.
Duck Race
Supplies:
- Tape to mark distance lines
- On your mark, the children bend over and grasp their ankles. The first one to waddle to the finish line without letting go of their ankles wins.

Pin the Egg on the Basket
Supplies:
- Big picture of a basket
- A decorated paper easter egg, for each child with adhesive on back, and their name on front (could be an art activity beforehand, everyone could make their own)
- Blindfold
How to play:
Blindfold the player, spin 'em around and let them try to stick the egg on the basket. Give a prize for the player that gets the closest.
Easter Cupcake Walk
Supplies:
- Cupcake for each child
- Numbers taped to the floor
- Easter basket to hold number call cards
- Music
How to play:
When the music starts the children begin to walk around the room, stepping on each of the numbers as they go. When the music stops the children should step on the number closest to them. A number is pulled from the Easter basket and the child standing on that number gets to pick a cupcake and take it back to their seat. That number is then removed from the floor and the bag. Continue until each child has a cupcake.

That duck walk one is funny! Another thing you can do with the spoon from the first game is to carry the egg on the spoon (a raw egg) across the playing field in a relay. The instructor yells out themes for each walk like "spin around", "hop like a bunny", etc. while they try not to drop their egg.
Dan would love it I got me some undies like those babies in the picture....
happy keester!
Thanks for the fun ideas! Love the baby pic
