Naughty Fried Ice Cream (She:Tina)

Hola Amigos! I'm She:Tina and I will let the video do the talking! Can someone get the lights please? Oh, and by the way, you'll need to supply your own POPCORN and DRINKS for this quick flick.

Here is what you will need:

2 cups crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
6 scoops of your favorite ice cream
2 eggs
Oil for frying( I use Canola) If you don't have a fryer use a deep pot. Make sure the oil reaches 375 degrees.
Tortilla cups ( You can learn how to make these on my site.)

Top with...
Whip cream
Dulce de Leche ( You can learn how to make this on my site.)
Cherry
Nuts

Hi! Just stopping by from SITS. You were 1 above me in the blog roll today.
Great Blog you have. I have made fried icecream for a big Mexican dinner at church before. It is such a big hit.

Thanks so much all of you for your sweet comments. I really hope you do try it and love it!

Mariel, I wish I had a new camera, but the answer is no. I have started to think it's not the camera but the computer. The videos always look good until I upload them to blogger or youtube. Not sure how to fix that. Until then I guess it's crappy videos or nothing. I am glad the one for your site turned out a little better. I would love to meet you guys someday! I have a really fun idea to share with you. Thanks for the invite.
Cheers!-Tina
