Sorry, but this recipe just covers the first part of a proper Brazilian hotdog - namely the salsa. Next you have to add grated carrot, sweetcorn, peas, handfull of grated cheese, chopped olives, squirts of mustard and mayo, handfull of potato straws scattered over the top and if you are in Rio, expect a couple of hardboiled quails eggs to be balanced on top to round it off. Think I'm joking?
