So, what my mom didn't tell you is that she is a FABULOUS chef! People rave about her cooking/baking all the time and so I'm really happy to share her with you. She'll be back to share some more of her greatness and recipes in the future...

And, these pineapple bowls are a must try...Dan really was raving about them all night! And, it looked so easy to make!
